What do you do to relax?

I come here myself some. And find it relaxing to work out or take a walk.

If its in the summer, and nice, hit the creek or river for a little fishing. Thats the best way for me.

Same as stripes, if it decent enough outside hit the lake or creek for some fishing. Ride my motorcycle, or just set around and watch tv.

depends on what has gone on in the day...sometimes I have to just sit, I will come here (check it most days after work), or just veg out.....I have to mentally shut down for a few minutes...my job is not physically exhuasting, but it can be havoc on my nerves.
